Digital pocket engine tester with integrated stroboscope.

The KTE 200 Pocket Master is microprocessor-controlled and tests

transistor, coil and capacitor ignition systems and measures engine speed, direct voltage, dwell angle and on/off ratio, moment of ignition and spark advance, resistance and oil temperature.
